- one pack Lipton onion mushroom soup mix
- 1.5 to 2.0 lbs lean ground beef
- 1.5 cups oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup ketchup
mix and form into a loaf. bake one hour at 350 F. let cool 10 minutes before serving.
