Meat Loaf

• one pack Lipton onion mushroom soup mix
• 1.5 to 2.0 lbs lean ground beef
• 1.5 cups oatmeal
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/3 cup ketchup

mix and form into a loaf. bake one hour at 350 F. let cool 10 minutes before serving.
