Lipton Onion-Mushrrom Meat Loaf

• 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion-Mushroom Soup Mix
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs OR oatmeal
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/3 cup ketchup

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine all ingredients
3. In 13x9 baking pan, shape into loaf
4. Bake uncovered 1 hour until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
5. OR: 20 minutes in microwave
6. Makes about 8 servings
