Easy Chicken Cacciatore

1 lb boneless chicken breast, pieces 1 tsp. olive oil 1 can Red Gold Crushed Tomatoes with Mushrooms 1/4 cup chopped green onions 3/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. dried oregano

Using a 10-inch skillet, lightly brown chicken pieces in oil over medium heat. Remove the chicken. In the same pan, cook the green onions until tender. Add Red Gol's Crushed Tomatoes with Mushrooms and remaining ingriedients, stirring to blend. Return chicken pieces to pan and simmer, covered, for 30--40 minutes. Serves 4.
