Chicken Breast Casserole

Mix 2 cans of soup (cream of chicken, mushroom or celery) with 1/2 cup water.

Put 1 cup rice in 9x13 pan, cover with liquid.

Place 6 chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle with 1 package onion-mushroom dry soup.

Cover with double aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 2 hours.

I don't know why it says to use 2 layers of aluminum foil, but I always do. The only time a didn't was when I had some of that super heavy duty foil.

In Crockpot:

1.5 BIG cans soup 2 cups water 1 16 oz bag rice (slightly > 2 cups) 1 pkg onion-mushroom soup bag of chicken

Notes: use two packs soup next time, more water
