Chicken Breast Casserole

  1. Mix 2 cans of soup (cream of chicken, mushroom or celery) with 1/2 cup water.

  2. Put 1 cup rice in 9x13 pan, cover with liquid.

  3. Place 6 chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle with 1 package onion-mushroom dry soup.

  4. Cover with double aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 2 hours.

I don't know why it says to use 2 layers of aluminum foil, but I always do. The only time a didn't was when I had some of that super heavy duty foil.

Notes: use two packs soup next time, more water
